Underage Gambling
You must be 18 or older to bet. It is an offence to bet if you are under 18.
The law
Gambling by people under the age of 18 is prohibited in Victoria, Australia. It is an offence for a minor to bet and an offence to enable a minor to bet. We do not open accounts for, or accept bets from, anyone under 18.
How we verify age
- An 18+ age confirmation is shown before entry to the site.
- We collect date of birth at registration and complete basic identity and age verification (KYC) at registration, before your first bet, under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth). See AML/KYC.
- Accounts that cannot be verified as 18+ are suspended, and any bets are voided with funds handled per law.
Advice for parents & guardians
- Keep your login details, payment cards and devices secure and away from minors.
- Use device- and network-level filtering to block gambling content. Tools such as parental-control software and family-safety settings can restrict access.
- Talk to young people about the real risks and costs of gambling.
